From startup founding to aviation and pharmaceutical manufacturing, he has consistently leveraged technology to achieve impactful operational outcomes. He brings this hands-on experience building practical solutions to the built environment, where operational discipline and measurable results matter most.
Co-founder & Lead AI Advisor
Five years across AI strategy, product management and application development. Led the national upgrade of Singapore's conversational AI platform across 60+ government agencies — a programme that required rigorous governance, stakeholder coordination and measurable performance standards. Guest speaker on AI at Singapore Polytechnic. Prior experience in aviation, with a hands-on blend of digital product and AI delivery applied to complex operational domains.
Why we focus on the built environment
It isn't a market we picked off a spreadsheet. Hon Mun's family ran a civil and landscaping contracting business, and Ren Sen's family runs a specialist fitout contracting business — that exposure gave us a real understanding of the challenges this industry works with, long before either of us built anything with AI.
It's why we don't need construction explained to us. We understand how much time, money and goodwill gets lost to a missed scope item, a buried drawing revision or a variation that wasn't documented properly — and why a traditional, relationship-driven industry is rightly cautious about new tools that promise the world and don't deliver.
Our professional background across aviation, government and pharmaceutical manufacturing gave us the discipline to deploy AI responsibly. Our familiarity with construction through family is what keeps us honest about whether it's actually useful on-site — not just impressive in a pitch deck.
